Integrated Design of Emergency Medical and Material Distribution Networks During the Epidemic Outbreak Period

During the epidemic outbreak period, number of infected people increased explosively. In order to effectively contain further spread and treat people, it is necessary make reasonable planning for treatment distribution materials. this paper, a multi-objective mixed-integer programming model integrated design emergency medical material networks developed, in which location points, allocation materials are addressed multi-stage planning. Then, solved by augmented ε-constraint method. A realistic case study on Huangpu District Shanghai China conducted demonstrate validity developed model. The results show that consideration network more capable reducing total transportation distance decreasing operating cost.
